The cherry on top

I've been doing light calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts & squats) before bedtime for about 3 weeks now & I lost 5 more pounds. I'm only 9 lbs away from my ultimate target weight.

How many of each and stuff? I'm looking to do something like that ... but lacking the motivation. You may just have given it to me. Any suggestions?

I started doing 20 push-ups & 30 sit-ups and gradually worked up to doing 30 push-ups & 60 sit-ups. I do 30 lunges per leg. I do this about 5 days a week.
