Love is sweet

{The Great Favor Debate}
Ugh. I really need to stop reading other wedding blogs because I keep seeing all these super cute ideas. I am really loving these hand stamped muslin pockets for favor bags.
Plus, they are inexpensive & you can customize with your own stamp as I've done here:
If I do the muslin bags, I think it would be cute to stuff them with chocolate covered orange sticks. Our venue in Redlands used to be an orange packing building, so I think this would be a cute way to add a touch of detail & history.
Or, if I stick with my original black & white little favor bags...
I could stuff them with these customized M&Ms. You can add your own text & pick your own colors (they even have my colors). Although they are a bit pricey - 7oz for $7 or 5lbs for $58.

Both ideas are cute. I like the muslin bags a little more because they seem to play up the rustic, bird theme and maybe you could use your SG date stamp on the other side. Of course the customized M&Ms are always a hit and the black/white is very chic. I guess it depends what mood you are trying to create for the wedding. Can't wait to see what you decide.

hi, i found your blog from a comment you posted on vintageglamblog.com, and i'm wondering - where did you get that "sweet" bird stamp? i have a bird theme going on in my wedding and that would be so perfect on a muslin bag for our candy buffet!

thanks! oh, and if you could email me to tell me where you got it i would greatly appreciate it - if not, i'll just try to check back here again. it's brittanysusan at q dot com.

thanks!
