This is my last post about my office. Thanks everyone for the comments. I truly enjoy them!
I changed up my book nook a bit. I moved it to the opposite corner of the room, behind my desk. This way, when I want to watch a movie on the internet, I can rotate my monitor and watch from my arm chair. As you may have noticed, I swapped out the chair pillow. I made this one out of a set of napkins from Pier 1. It was super easy since the fabric was already hemmed - I just sewed the 2 together and viola! I also added a footstool, which was another great find at Home Goods.

And a stylish tray when I wish to enjoy breakfast or a cup of tea. I recently picked this one up at Target for $10 on clearance. The "gardenia" is actually an oil diffuser from Pottery Barn. The flower is made of porcelain which smells like real gardenia. It's heavenly.
To answer the problem of storing my printer (my old desk had a shelf for this) I picked up this cheapy plastic cube from Target, and added these pretty printed storage boxes designed by Liberty of London.
Behind the other side of my desk is the closet, which serves as the perfect place for craft supply storage. I'm still mulling over ideas on how to conceal this space, as you may remember me mentioning that this closet has a single mirrored door.
Some ideas: remove the door and add curtains. Or paint the door with chalkboard paint (could be cool). Or perhaps cover the door with fabric.
I've seen so much creativity with this ornate Ikea frame (pictured left). Some people paint it, make a chalkboard out of it, make mirrors. While I originally purchased as a prop for the photobooth at my wedding, I chose to convert it into a memo board. It was simple, I layered cork and foam board and covered with fabric using Liquid Nails adhesive.
Pictured right, details of my closet craft storage. Again, more storage boxes from Liberty of London and the magazine wire racks from Home Goods.

oh my gosh what a great idea to make a pillow from napkins. I never would have thought of doing that. Your room looks so cozy and inviting.
