DIY outdoor torch

I loved the look of these modern outdoor torches. But $90-$230 each is just crazy! Instead I made my own using this oil & vinegar set from Ikea and fiberglass wicks.

You will need
-1/4" fiberglass replacement wicks. I found mine here.
-Tiki torch fluid (available most hardware stores)
-Ikea Celeber oil & vinegar set

Instructions:
-Fill each bottle with torch fluid.
-Feed a 1/4" width fiberglass grade wick through the top of each pourer. If you have trouble, use tweezers to pull through. Leave about 1" of the wick exposed at the top
-Replace lid. Let the wick absorb the fluid (about 5 minutes).

Let there be light!

Total cost (for 4):
$30 for holders ($14.99 each set)
$10 for wicks (includes shipping)
$5 fluid

So that's about $11.25 per torch! Wow.
