A year in fashion

These are my top 10 favorite looks from 2010. It's funny how 3 of them incorporate my obvious love of black & white and some even have duplicate pieces.

How I've grown

This year I definitely took more risks. I feel that the further I get from environments that stress the need to conform to an agreed upon definition of "normal" (ie; high school), the more I feel free to be me. I know that sounds silly. Why waste your precious life trying to please others or worry about fitting it? I'll chalk it up to human nature. Fashion is my thing. I dress for me and that makes me feel good. Because life is a fashion show. There. I said it.

What's next?

I spent all yesterday reorganizing my office. I was chatting with Gary about how this is part of my Stephanie 2.0 project (Basically I'm trying to modify my natural tendencies toward clutter + overall disorganization) which led to an interesting conversation about cataloging. Do you remember that scene from Clueless where Cher has a computer program for her wardrobe? Yeah, we want to do something like that. Anyway it's a little side project that we may pursue together. Do you do that? Creative team efforts with your significant other? This is new for us.
