Good morning 2011. I've already had my first coffee of the year after a pretty mellow NYE. We decided to say in. Our own private pajama party, drinking mulled wine and watching Dorian Gray and a couple of episodes of Dead Like Me. Call me morbid for preferring the macabre on a night of celebration. haha. But no, it was lovely. Curled up on the couch, fire blazing, yummy holiday scented candles wafting throughout the house. Besides, if you're friends with me on Facebook, you already know we celebrated NYE on Monday.

2 things...

One. New year, another goal to add to the list. I'm following suit after Benita and decided I want to do a 365 photo challenge. One photo a day. I'll be sharing them in a single post each week. It seems easier that way. At the end of the year I'll have a wonderful photo journal. Doesn't that sound lovely? Feel free to join me.

Two. I love what Victoria said about Glamour. I wholeheartedly believe it's a Do! Don't get me wrong, I very much value and enjoy all that today has to offer, but I believe there's still value in yesterday's practices.

2011 is already looking exciting. The variables in my life have changed a bit since last year. You get so used to doing the same things, taking comfort in the familiar and routine. It's easy to forget that life is full of choices. Everyday. You just have to choose something different.
