Shopping at 25 Park

During my styled shopping session at 25 Park, there were a couple of ensembles that didn't make the cut. Everything I tried on was just stunning. I was fortunate that the winning look "felt perfect", otherwise I would have had a heck of a time deciding.

BLAZER. DRESS
This was the first look I tried on. I also added a long draping gold fabric & sequin necklace to this, but unfortunately I couldn't find it on their site. I liked this because the neutral palette was very trendy for the season and it was the perfect mix of soft and structured. I wasn't in love with the fit of this dress. It didn't do much for my modest bustline. It looked great with the blazer, but I couldn't see myself wearing the dress by itself.

BLAZER. TANK. SKIRT
This was definitely my 2nd favorite look. It's totally edgy, yet feminine. I really wish I had a shot of me wearing the skirt because it's one of those pieces that looks more amazing on the body than on the hanger. Both the skirt and blazer have leather detailing, which I LOVED. I was a little resistant at first to the ribbed tank, but I think it worked. Melinda is still a little bitter at me for not choosing this skirt. haha.

BLAZER. DRESS
So clearly there was no way I was walking out of there without this blazer. I had to think about long term wearage and it's oh-so-versatile. I loved this dress on the hanger & when I put it on I truly felt like a million dollars. It fit me perfectly, which rarely happens with my pear shape.

I want to take a moment to thank 25 Park, PopSugar and Noria from FabSugar for a lovely experience and the fabulous outfit. It was such a great opportunity to shop at such a posh boutique and model so many beautiful clothes. You definitely made my first trip to New York memorable.

I'll be posting my 365 photos from last week later today. Smile, it's Monday.

Aaaah, they're ALL wonderful. I'd take every single piece. But I have to agree, the dress you chose was pure perfection. It looked like it was made for you. I'd frame that damn thing.
