This is what I wore on New Years Eve. I told you this dress was scandalously short. I was tempted to play it safe and wear tights but I decided that there are only a handful of instances where I feel like I can get away with showing so much leg - Vegas and New Years Eve.
I became totally obsessed with the idea of wearing a black sparkly dress after seeing this video from Mina Tindle. So you can imagine how excited I was when I found this dress on sale at Asos, the last one in my size. It's kismet I tell you. I also love how my earrings look like tiny versions of the Times Square crystal ball.
I'll be posting some of the party pics tomorrow. Our hosts set-up a photo booth...so fun!
Dress: Angel Eye from Asos; $57
Blazer: Elizabeth and James, c/o Pop Sugar
Heels: Forever 21 (old)
Earrings: Jennifer Lopez for Kohl's; $16
Watch: Urban Outfitters; $34

Wow!You were looking fantastic!!! The dress is beautiful, and I think it's not too short, but then I'm always wearing too short skirts and crazy tights, so I might not be the best judge :) But really girl, you were looking stunning, elegant and just the right amount of sexy, perfect for New Year's!!
By the way, happy new year!!!

You looked Va-Va-Va-Voom (a.k.a. Amazing!) ...
Wishing you a prosperous 2012 :)
Everything about this is perfection.
I love this look, and if I had your legs, I'd be showing them all the time, including Ally McBeal-style at work and in the courtroom ;) I can't think of a more fab NYE outfit - you totally rocked it!
I love this! You look gorgeous and I adore the back of that dress!
With legs like that, it's a crime NOT to show 'em! :)
Love that dress! What a steal at $57! Jealous. So very jealous.
