The bachelorette weekend in Vegas was a success! Everyone survived, so that's good. Here's a group shot of us on night one. I love how we're all wearing the same three colors. Totally unintentional.
I tried to keep the weekend classy, but I couldn't resist sneaking in one funny thing. I found this Jordan Knight / New Kids on the Block poster on eBay, then made the little talk bubble with a special message for the bachelorette. Such a throwback to when Gina & I were lovesick little girls. haha.
We had dinner at SEA at Bally's. I love me some red Thai curry. Next, we headed to Xs at Encore for some clubbing.
We didn't get in until about 4:30 am. I'm such an old lady when it comes to my bedtime so I'm shocked I made it that late. After about 2 hours of sleep, we hit up the Flamingo pool party. I was so sad. They wouldn't let me bring in my coffee. Ah man it was rough. Time for a morning cocktail...
After pool time we headed to American Shooters for some target practice. Most of us had never fired a gun before. It's something that I've wanted to do for years so I was mostly excited but a wee bit nervous. They were great though. They gave us some basic instruction & safety. Turns out I'm also a pretty good shot. I'm officially addicted!
After all that excitement we all needed to recharge before night two. Nap time is awesome.
Rested and ready for more we started the night with some dinner at FiAmma at the MGM Grand. I had the lobster mushroom gnocchi in black truffle cream sauce. Worth every penny. It was so good. Next we headed to Haze at Aria for more clubbing. I have to say that I absolutely loved walking through Aria. Such a beautiful hotel with architectural style. The bachelorette's cousin hooked us up with a table for part of the evening, but then it got beyond crowded so we called it a night around 1 am.
Back at the Flamingo we all changed into our PJs and hung out for a bit longer in the rooms. We finished with some breakfast downstairs before we all parted ways. Such a great weekend filled with fun adventures!
