Maternity Style Parade 2.06.13

So dressing for pregnancy presents all sorts of interesting wardrobe challenges. Namely, rocking your bump without looking like a fat blob. So far I've found that wearing form fitting clothing is the most flattering and belting the looser items helps give the illusion of a waistline. Also, finding tops that are long enough to cover my "hidden layers". You see my little secret is one of those maternity belly bands that allows you to wear your regular jeans unzipped, but keeps them up. I'm pretty satisfied with the BeBand from Target. They're comfortable, inexpensive and they do the job. Next, I layer with a long cami, followed by a regular top.

I've been on the lookout for some cute and comfortable black flats for a while now. I've completely worn out my favorite pair from Old Navy. I came across these studded ones at Target and fell in love! I also got them in nude.
Blouse, belt & flats: Target
Cashmere v-neck sweater: Gap
Skinny jeans: Levi
Necklace: Kohl's
